Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel has been dispatched.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, sales or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days to most metro areas. Regional and remote areas may require additional time.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days to most metro areas. Availability depends on carrier support and will appear at checkout.
Free Shipping
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, any delays are outside our control. We will always assist where possible if an issue arises.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can follow your delivery directly with the carrier.
If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days at hello@ruffandriver.com.au.
Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.
